Migrated manual reports to Tableau, delivering 30+ dashboards with self service access for stakeholders.
Built Tableau dashboards tracking 10,000+ alerts daily, helping prevent SLA breaches.
Prepared and supplied the data for a machine learning model that now handles around 25% of cases worked.
Built data pipelines in Databricks (Python and SQL) and Python ETL from Oracle to Teradata.
